Restore Nightproof Lifetime

On a new or reset iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account, open Settings in Nightproof and tap Restore purchase. It is also on the Lifetime screen.

Ask for a refund

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Use Report a Problem in your Apple Account: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Sound stopped during the night

Open the morning sheet or Nights. Nightproof writes down every interruption, what caused it and what it did about it. If iOS stopped the sound in a way the app could not undo, the log says so with the time. You can send us that line by e-mail.

Delete your data

Settings > Delete all data removes everything on your iPhone and asks our server to delete the install record. See the Privacy Policy.
